5-Course California Dreaming Tasting Event

Opened just this past June, this Wolfgang Puck offshoot in the Arts District jumped right onto Eater’s “Hottest in Vegas” List and Thrillist’s “Vegas’ All-Time Greatest” List. Chef Chef Dustin Lewandowski, who has worked his way up the Wolfgang ladder, brings a California sensibility to downtown Vegas, emphasizing fresh, seasonal ingredients, house-baked breads accessorized with niçoise tapenade or organic chicken foie mousse with port wine syrup and tart cherries, and mains like truffled chicken pot pie, gulf shrimp pasta, mushroom & eggplant “Bolognese,” and heritage pork chop with polenta, Swiss chard, and mustard jus. Make sure to leave room for desserts like Basque cheesecake and caramel budino. And it is all served up in a sleek and expansive space that is as pleasing to the eye as the food is pleasing to the palate. We’re excited to visit here and hope to see you!
