Maharlika
10-Course Authentic Filipino Event
Maharlika is all about paying homage to the incredible food and culture of the Philippines. The menu features a curated selection of Filipino classic dishes as well as inventive dishes that use 100% Philippine ingredients and flavors. The restaurant has received praise as a NY Times Critics' Pick and is helmed by Chef Miguel Trinidad, who previously ran the kitchen at Lola's. Chef Trinidad decided to open Maharlika after falling in love with the cuisine while backpacking across the Philippines. We'll be taking over the entire restaurant for this feast, and Chef Trinidad will be coming out throughout the feast to intro the dishes and share food stories with us!
