5-Course Elevated Creole Tasting Event

This popular progressive Creole pop-up — soon to be followed up with a new restaurant, Augustine's — is the handiwork of Chef/Owner Dominick Lee. Chef Lee grew up in New Orleans, where he learned his kitchen chops from his mother. After graduating from the Culinary Management program at the Art Institute of Houston, he worked as an Executive Sous Chef for Kiran's, one of the best Indian restaurants in Houston. He then became Executive Chef at Poitin, where he received nominations for Rising Star Chef from CultureMap Houston and Eater Houston. Because he wanted to learn more about his Italian roots, he moved to Italy and became the Head Chef at Villa Lena Agriturismo in Tuscany. Then came a stint in New York as Executive Chef at Alligator Pear, one of the city's buzziest restaurants. You never know what you'll get at Fully Dressed, but picture New Orleans-style barbecue shrimp, lots of seafood and pasta, and, of course, bananas foster. You'll get the right (and delicious) idea. Exciting!
