Boom Bang
5-Course Modern American Comfort Tasting Event
This stylish indoor/outdoor American brassiere opened in November 2021, directly after being named to Eater Las Vegas’ list of “The Nine Most Anticipated Restaurant and Bar Openings This Fall in Las Vegas" and the accolades have only grown from there, with spots on Eater’s 2025 “Best in Henderson” List and 2025 “38 Essential Restaurants” List, as well as Review Journal’s “100 Best in Vegas in 2024” List. Here, Top Chef Season 2 “final four” alum Elia Aboumrad (who helped open Joël Robuchon’s restaurant at the MGM Grand) teams up with husband Christian Page of L.A.’s celebrated Cassell’s Hamburgers to merge her love for traditional French foods with his passion for the classic American diner. The menu allows dishes like wild & cultivated mushroom tart, duck confit, and French onion soup to coexist happily with corn dogs, shrimp cocktail, and baby iceberg wedge. The décor is also a showstopper, with cactus wallpaper and tablecloths that are decorated with buttons from the haberdashery of Chef Aboumrad's father, located in Mexico City, her hometown. We can’t wait to visit and hear from her about her life journey, her ideas about food, and the joys and challenges of opening up Boom Bang, which Las Vegas Weekly says “…has been one of the most talked-about new restaurants in Henderson.”
