5-Course Nouveau Parisian Tasting Event

A true veteran on today’s volatile restaurant scene (having opened in 2017) this 14th Street contemporary Parisian bistro with global influences has received a slew of accolades, including Michelin Stars for five years running. It has also appeared on Washingtonian’s 2023 List of “100 Best Restaurants” and Eater’s 2024 List of “Essential DC Restaurants.” Chef de Cuisine Kyle Sabota, who previously cooked at Michelin-Starred Masseria, is delighting diners with dishes that highlight the best ingredients from both the Mid-Atlantic and abroad. Consider such classic French dishes as stuffed “cordon bleu” chicken wing with ham and comté cheese and lamb saddle with raspberry beer, almonds, and beetroot, or global fare like diver scallop with hazelnut, kombu, and shiso and potato pierogi with oyster mushrooms, ricotta, and snap peas. “Dreamy,” raves Washingtonian - “one of the most fascinating restaurants to hit Washington in a long time.” We can’t wait to visit here, for it definitely does sound like Bresca is the stuff dreams are made of!
