5-Course Globally Inspired Tasting Event
Opened just this past July, this superior, woman-owned steakhouse in the RiNo District hopped right onto such 2024 lists as Infatuation’s “26 Best Denver Restaurants,” Eater’s “Hottest in Denver,” and Axios’ “Best New Restaurants in Denver.” Chef/Owner Dana Rodriguez grew up in Juarez and was immersed in the flavors and culture of Mexico. Twenty years ago, after visiting Colorado, she decided to stay on and worked her way up in the restaurant world—from dishwasher to prep cook to sous chef to executive chef, ultimately becoming the culinary director of the famous Casa Bonita and a multiple nominee for an assortment of James Beard “Best Chef” awards. Now, in her own restaurant, which she likes to call a “steakhome,” stressing its hospitality, she is turning out dishes that reflect her travels around the world, like Argentinian bife de chorizo, South American roasted striped bass, osso bucco, Peruvian adobe chicken, and French duck confit. “Perfectly cooked sizzling meats…Brilliant,” raves Infatuation. Need we say more? See you there!
