Dot Dot Dot

Day 1: 5-Course Avant-American Tasting Series

Opened back in 2017, this Prohibition-style speakeasy that was voted Charlotte’s #1 cocktail bar also has pretty great food! Upon its opening, Eater placed it on its List of “15 Best New Charlotte Restaurants” and, a couple of years ago, Charlotte Magazine named it to its List of “50 Best Restaurants” in town. A brainchild of Master Mixologist Stefan Huebner, Dot Dot Dot’s gastrofare is now in the hands of Executive Chef John Cruz, a graduate of Johnson & Wales’ esteemed culinary program who trained with top Charlotte chefs, mastering fine-dining dishes from French, Italian, Greek and Southern cuisines. Before joining Dot Dot Dot, he served as Head Chef at Aparium Hotel Group and Biblio. At his new digs, his menu highlights include adobo cauliflower, shrimp ceviche, polenta dumplings with pork belly, and trout with collard greens and black eyed peas. “Ever-romantic” and “excellent” is how Eater describes Dot Dot Dot, so naturally we are excited to visit here. Executive Chef

Chef John Cruz earned his associate degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University. After serving as Head Chef at Aparium Hotel Group and Biblio, as well as leading the kitchens at the Hotel Vandivort in Missouri and the Jasper Hotel in North Dakota, he took over the helm at Dot Dot Dot as their Executive Chef.

Does this restaurant allow BYOB?
No. This restaurant is a non-BYO establishment. Outside alcohol will not be permitted at this event.
What is the event ticket cancellation/refund policy?
Restaurants purchase the food for our events 14 days before the event date, at which point we are on the hook for the cost of your ticket. As such, we are not able to offer refunds (or credits towards future events) for any cancellation requests submitted within 14 days of the event date. We will, however, issue full refunds for all cancellation requests submitted at least 14 days before the event date. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
What dietary restrictions/food allergies can be accommodated at this event?
