5-Course Opulent Americana Tasting Event

Opened just this past March, this intimate new favorite in the Lake Highlands neighborhood is gathering accolades by the armful. Consider its appearance on such Lists as Resy’s “Top 10 in Dallas,” Southern Living’s “35 Best Restaurants in Dallas,” Dallas Magazine’s “Best New Restaurants,” and Dallas Observer’s “Top 100 Restaurants.” It’s the newest creation from restaurateur Brandon Hays, who gave Big D the popular Sfuzzi and High Fives, and he has put the kitchen in the gifted hands of Executive Chef Matthew Perry, who honed his craft at Dallas favorites like Billy Can Can, The Porch, Alice, and Neighborhood Services. At Goldie’s, his menu includes deeply satisfying dishes like bone marrow bruschetta, coconut shrimp, crispy cod cutlet, porkchop with German potatoes and pancetta, and braised beef egg noodles with roasted carrots and pickled shitakes. “A cozy gem that is everything a bistro should be,” raves Dallas Observer. That is music to our ears, so we are very excited to visit. Hope to see you there!

Chef Matthew Perry honed his craft at Dallas favorites like Billy Can Can, The Porch, Alice, and Neighborhood Services before taking the helm at Goldie's. A longtime DFW resident, he also previously served as Exec Chef at Monaco.

Does this restaurant allow BYOB?
No. This restaurant is a non-BYO establishment. Outside alcohol will not be permitted at this event.
What is the event ticket cancellation/refund policy?
Restaurants purchase the food for our events 14 days before the event date, at which point we are on the hook for the cost of your ticket. As such, we are not able to offer refunds (or credits towards future events) for any cancellation requests submitted within 14 days of the event date. We will, however, issue full refunds for all cancellation requests submitted at least 14 days before the event date. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@tastingcollective.com.
Which dietary restrictions/food allergies will this restaurant be accommodating?
