Rosemary
5-Course Avant-American Tasting Event
Opened this past August, this Ridley Park eatery debuted under the aegis of Chef Elijah Milligan (a frequent Food Network face) and is now in the hands of hosting Chef George Sabatino, who has put his stamp on the menu and is delighting diners with such fare as lump crab toast with milk bread, fingerling chips, and trout roe, pork belly and sweet potatoes with chili glaze and roasted peanuts, scallops with celery root puree, black truffle, and hazelnut, and a variety of first-rate pastas. Chef Sabatino has worked at important Philly restaurants like Barbuzzo (James Beard Nominated for Best New Restaurant), Stateside, Fork, and Monk’s, and Philly Mag named him Best Chef in its 2012 edition of Best of Philly. The long and short of it is that a visit to Rosemary, named for the owner’s grandmother Rosemarie as well as the delicious herb featured in much of its food and drink, makes for a great night out. We look forward to seeing you there!
