Sunday Vinyl
5-Course Culinary Concerto Tasting Event
Opened at the end of 2019, this self-proclaimed "joyful sanctuary of food, wine, and vinyl" in Union Station was dubbed by Denver Post as the "coolest new restaurant" of that year. Now, four years later, it has kept up its standards, landing on Thrillist’s “Best Restaurants in Denver to Eat at Right Now” List and Esquire’s List of “Best in America.” Sunday Vinyl is yet another creation from the dynamic Frasca Hospitality Group, whose ever-popular Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder and the comfortably chic Tavernetta in Denver have become established destinations. At Sunday Vinyl, an inventive features starters like Iberian pork and red pepper croquettes and tuna tartare, mains like Scottish salmon with zucchini, salsa verde, and pinenuts and heritage chicken with piri piri spice, herbed labneh, and cucumber, and desserts like strawberry mille feuille with white chocolate, basil, and pistachio and s’mores baked Alaska. “Unique and fabulous,” raves 5280, while Condé Nast Traveler calls Sunday Vinyl “a sly bastion of retro European elegance—and what fun.” We can’t wait to visit. See you there!
