Via Triozzi
5-Course Tribute to Tuscany Tasting Event
Opened in 2023 in Lower Greenville, this outstanding eatery has appeared on such vaunted lists as Eater Dallas’ “Best Italian Restaurants” (’25), Dallas Observer’s“100 Best Restaurants” (’24), Texas Monthly’s “Best New Restaurants” (’24), and Resy’s “18 Top Restaurants Across America” (’23), in addition to being a 2023 Eater award winner for “Best New Restaurant.” Via Triozzi is named for a street in Scandicci, Italy — a beautiful town surrounded by olive groves on the outskirts of Florence. Why Florence? Chef/Owner Leigh Hutchinson (who will be hosting alongside Executive Chef Sonia Mancillas, who will be crafting our menu) lived there when she fell in love with the country and its culture—and resolved to one day open a restaurant that would pay tribute to her Sicilian-American upbringing, with all-day Sunday dinners at her grandma Nani Angie’s. Here, diners find antipasti, handmade pastas, arancini, fritto misto, chicken cacciatore, lasagna, eggplant parmigiana, tiramisu, budino al cioccolato, and so much more. “It's the Italian restaurant much of Dallas craves, with authentic old-world flavors presented in a casually classy and inviting space,” raves Dallas Observer. Need we say more? See you there!
