XIXA
5-Course Homage To Mexico City Tasting Event
XIXA, pronounced "shiksa," is a Michelin Bib Gourmand selection (it recently got another nod in '22), and one focused on creating innovative Mexican cuisine. Helmed by genius Chef Jason Marcus, who focuses on exploring his enduring love for Mexican food, this culinary delight draws on Chef Marcus' global travels and classical training to create experimental dishes that are entirely his own. We'll be taking over the entire restaurant once again for this feast, and we can't wait to get an update on where Chef Marcus' journey has taken him since we saw him last!
