We had almost forgotten how much we love this place... Almost! Chef Jonah Miller and his team put together back-to-back showstoppers this time around. And while Day 1 and Day 2 attendees did not agree entirely on the three top-rated courses, the cream definitely rose to the top. Below are the top 3 courses from each event as rated by attendees on their feedback cards:

 

DAY 1

1st Place: Chicken Liver Mousse - with px sherry and pickled currants

2nd Place: Marinated Mushrooms - with smoked garlic and parsley

3rd Place: Huertas Chorizo - with shallot confit and spinach

 

DAY 2

1st Place: Chicken Liver Mousse - with px sherry and pickled currants

2nd Place: Arroz Negra - with calaspara rice, squid ink, pickled mussels, and aioli

3rd Place: Huertas Chorizo - with shallot confit and spinach
