Our first Philly event series is officially a wrap, and ohhhh, what a kick off it was! Executive Chef/Owner Christopher Kearse blew the over 100 attendees away over two days and four seatings with course after course of arguably the most photogenic food we have EVER seen (you can be the judge of that though)! Based on attendee feedback cards, there were most definitely no "misses" on on this menu. However, there's always a top 3... Below are the top 3 courses averaged out over the four seatings, as rated by attendees:

 

1st Place: Honey Roasted Rohan Duck - with black truffle braised red cabbage, pumpkin, and pumpernickel

2nd Place: Burgundy Snails - with anson mills grits, smoked morel mushroom, and red wine-unagi glaze

3rd Place: Whole Roasted Hen Of The Woods Mushrooms - with smoked ricotta, fin herbs, and madeira gel
