It was only a matter of time until caviar made an appearance at an event series. And, thanks to Chef/Owner Guy Meikle, we can officially check that off of the TC bucket list. For our first-ever collaboration with Heritage, Chef Meikle pulled out all the stops and, according to attendee feedback cards, it was well worth it! Feedback was incredibly positive across the board, and Chef Meikle undoubtedly had a lot of fun sharing stories and being the star of the show. Below are the 3 top-rated courses from each day as rated by the 100+ attendees on their feedback cards:
DAY 1
1st Place: "Lambchetta" - with smoked lamb demi-glace, fava beans, fiddleheads, ramps, new potatoes, and evelyn reduction
2nd Place: Moon-Dancer Oysters - with pernod spheres, ramps, and marigold sabayon
3rd Place: PIE Mussels - with polish sausage, kimchi, sourdough bread, and bottarga aioli
DAY 2
1st Place: PIE Mussels - with polish sausage, kimchi, sourdough bread, and bottarga aioli
2nd Place: Tasting of Asparagus (Grilled, Gel, Chip, Shaved, Foam) - with egg marmalade, freeze-dried peas, and nasturtium
