Quintessential French Dinner Series

This event series was a breath of fresh air for us a number of ways... First off, it had been WAY too long since our last collaboration showcasing French cuisine. Second, this was our first trip to the Upper East Side in ages. And, lastly, every course at this event series came out individually plated, which is not something most restaurants are typically able to accommodate for us, as it requires A LOT of plates! Based on the post-event feedback from attendees, it's safe to say that Executive Chef Xavier Monge, along with Owner François Latapie, truly wowed the 100+ diners that filled up the restaurant at the back-to-back nights of this series. Below are the top 3 courses as rated by attendees on their feedback cards:
1st Place: Escargot Au Persillade - with mini ravioles de royan, champignon de paris, and spring garlic velouté
2nd Place: Multicolor Beet Salad - with goat cheese
3rd Place: Floating Island - with crème anglaise, praline, and meringue
