Rye in Dallas
We've launched in a lot of cities in our TC history, rubbing elbows (and clinking glasses!) with some pretty towering culinary giants. But with Rye named to Thrillist’s “Absolute Best Spots" List, Dallas Magazine’s “Top 50 Best Restaurants” ('23), and Eater’s “38 Essentials” List ('23), we knew we were starting Dallas off with something very special (even for us!). Even with sky-high expectations, Executive Chef Taylor Rause and his rockstar team blew us away. Offering all the unique and playful dishes Rye's known for, along with delightful stories and culinary tidbits in between courses, it was a night to remember - and, judging by the wave of post-event member feedback we've received, our new Dallas members are in full agreement! Speaking of, see below for the top three courses, as rated by guests on their feedback cards:
1st Place: Corn-Ucopia with cabrito, oaxacan green corn tamale, huitlacoche, bloody butcher corn grits, sweet yellow corn ice cream, and blue corn tortilla
2nd Place: Suya Spiced Wagyu Short Rib with african chili, peanut spice, cauliflower, cherry tomato, and charred honey
3rd Place: Sauerkraut & Dark Chocolate Cake with brandied cherry, salted white chocolate ganache, swiss meringue, and coffee
