With coveted spots on pretty much every Best Of List Atlanta's food experts have come up with, Little Bear was a no-brainer for us when we were thinking up spots for our Atlanta launch. We were pumped to see Chef/Owner Jarret Stieber agreed - and, judging by all the post-event member feedback that's poured in, our new Atlanta members are just as floored as we are by the dishes he and his powerhouse team are putting out! Inventive and scrumptious dinner aside, Chef Stieber was also a fantastic storyteller on Day 1, offering up anecdotes and impressive culinary knowledge in between courses. What a way to kick things off! See below for the top three courses, as rated by guests on their feedback cards - and apologies if it gets your mouth watering!

 

1st Place: 3 Cup Chicken, with cucumber, daikon, spring onion, cress, duo jiao, tajine spices, cilantro


2nd Place: Cream Custard, with meringue, beet, 5 spice granola, green coriander coulis, flowers


3rd Place: Pork Döner Sausage, with summer squash, zhug, red pea mapo sauce, spring greens, roselle za'atar
