California Dreaming Tasting Event

Las Vegas - March 11th at 1228 Main

This Wolfgang Puck offshoot in Sin City's Arts District caught our eye pretty immediately after opening, what with its spots on Eater’s “Hottest in Vegas” List and Thrillist’s “All-Time Greatest in Vegas” lists. That being said, nothing we read from the food experts could have prepared us for how blown away Culinary Director and Chef Dustin Lewandowski's team would leave us by evening's end. With dish after dish of gorgeously plated delights - not to mention incredible stories from Chef Lewandowski - we and our members ate this night right up up. Then again, we guess Thrillist didn't call them an ALL-TIME great for nothing though!

1st Place: Mafaldi Gulf Shrimp Pasta with sugar snap pea, calabrian chili, lemon-butter saucee​

 

2nd Place: Maple Glazed Pork Belly with stoneground grits, frog's hollow peach mostarda, aged balsamic

 

3rd Place: Pear & Apple Salad with treviso, red endive, toasted walnut, blue cheese
