Our events are all about creating meaningful dialogue between chefs and diners. We take over top independent restaurants and turn them into stages upon which chefs perform. They craft experimental tasting menus and come out of the kitchen throughout the events to introduce each course, share stories, and answer questions. As members dine, they evaluate the food on feedback cards, and this feedback is then shared directly with the chefs after each event, closing the collaborative circle.
